Important Instructions, please read:
Please enter the date and time that you would like to park.

This is an online pass, you will receive a barcode included in your reservation once purchased via email. When you enter the facility, please scan your barcode at the machine with the red flashing lights. Hold the barcode about 2 inches from the scanner and the gate will open. You may do this on your smartphone or with a paper print-out.

If for any reason you have trouble with your code, please pull a ticket and enter the facility, after parking please visit the garage office where you will receive a validated ticket to exit the facility.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Depending on occupancy in the garage you may be asked to valet your vehicle and leave your keys with an attendant in the garage, this a free service offered by the garage.

When Exiting, scan your barcode at the exit gate. Again, you will use the machine with the flashing red lights just like how you entered, and the gate will open.

Our garage is a convenient option whether you are in the neighborhood for a show at the Boston Opera House, Wang Center, Shubert Theater, Wilbur Theater, Orpheum Theater, Paramount Theater, Cutler Majestic Theater, Royale, or Charles Playhouse. If you are staying nearby at the Godfrey Hotel, Ritz Carlton, W Hotel, Hyatt Regency Boston, Revere Hotel, Marriott Courtyard, Park Plaza Boston, or the Four Seasons - try our Multi-Day Parking Option that will allow you to self-park in our garage and come and go as you please for one flat rate.

Instructions

1. Scan your QR code at the machine with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches from the reader and the gate will open. If for some reason you have scanner issues, please pull a ticket to enter the garage. After parking, please visit the garage office where you will receive a validated ticket to exit the facility. 2. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
